Description
This adapter installs directly on top of the Hayward pool heater models H400FDN and H400FDP. It allows exhaust gases to be directed upwards, through the roof, using a negative pressure ventilation system (natural draft through a chimney).
Main Features
- Original Hayward part, designed for perfect compatibility.
- Ideal for installations where the air outlet is through the top of the roof.
- Works with a chimney draft system (negative pressure).
- The heater must have sufficient fresh air intake: allow 1 in² per 1,000 BTU.
- Observe minimum clearances around the unit, especially in a shed or enclosed space.
- Product code: UHXNEGVT14008 (adapter only).
- Note: the last digit of the code corresponds to the required vent pipe diameter.
Important to Know
This product includes only the adapter (as shown in the first image). Exhaust pipes are not included.
