Après quelques recherches j’ai finalement opté pour Hayward malgré le prix un peu plus élevé comparé à des modèles québécois, surtout pour la disponibilité des pièces. L’installation est relativement simple mais les instructions pourraient être plus détaillées (ex: l’installation du drain de condensation). Le contrôle est très simple. Après la mise en marche la température est rapidement passée de 74 à 79F en l’espace d’une nuit dans ma piscine creusée de 52000L. Je suis surpris comment elle est silencieuse. Reste à voir côté fiabilité.
Pour ce qui est du service : excellent. Go Piscine avait le meilleur prix, la livraison était gratuite. Celle-ci s’est faite rapidement et a pu être adaptée au niveau de l’horaire après avoir échangé avec Pier-Luc. La thermopompe est arrivée sans dommages.
